SAE to Alligator Clip

The 24-inch cord gives me just enough slack to reach the battery terminals without straining, and the alligator clips bite down hard enough that they don't wiggle loose. I've been using this to hook my spade connector up to a 12V battery for quick connect and disconnect, and it's been rock solid.

Snapped these onto my trickle charger leads and the alligator clips bit down hard on the battery posts with no slipping. The SAE end plugs right into my existing cable, so hooking up the 12V in the garage takes about five seconds now.
