The cord itself feels thicker than my old one, which is reassuring since the previous supply died after a year of camping trips. It clicks in solidly and runs my Alta 80 all night without the plug warming up at all, so I'm happy.

After the original cord for my Alta 50 got chewed up, this one clicked in and had the fridge back down to temp within an hour. The connector fits snugly with no wiggle, which is exactly what I wanted after the last one kept cutting out. Solid replacement for the price.

Plugged it into my Alta 80 and it fired right up, cooling down to freezing in about an hour like nothing was wrong. The cord length is actually a bit longer than the original, which helps since my outlet isn't right next to the fridge. Solid replacement.
